Cut to the chase, here's my take

I appreciated the large, comfy bed and the good shower. The hotel has a cozy lobby atmosphere, and the staff were mostly friendly. It's in a prime location near ASU. I faced some challenges with the noise levels and a couple of service hiccups . Worth a try if you want convenience!

The hotel was clean with reasonably large and brand-new rooms and competent staff. The food was excellent with a lot of choice! The location was good and decent in a great area, near to Tempe marketplace, and both the Cubs and Angels stadiums.

The room was perfectly spacious with a comfortable bed. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was a lovely spot to unwind and cool off in the sun!

The setting is marvelous and unbeatable, conveniently located near the airport and the Four Peaks Restaurant. It's close to the ASU campus and Tempe's central attractions, all within a short 5-10 minute walk. Additionally, Sunset Ranch Market, which offers quick meals, is just a 10-minute stroll from the hotel.

The location is perfect for exploring the ASU campus. The retro decor throughout adds a charming touch. The lobby is inviting and clean. The staff was cute during check-in. I had a very enjoyable stay.

The location was fantastic for exploring Tempe, especially with my kid! We enjoyed visiting nearby restaurants like Subway and Four Peaks Brewing. The big shower in our room was a highlight, and the friendly staff made everything so easy for us. The side yard with games was a fun touch, even if it needed a bit of upkeep.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available at the hotel. A more accessible on-site dining option would really enhance the experience for families.

The pool sits right next to the street. Gym facilities are limited to one bike and a treadmill, falling short for anyone looking to get a solid workout in. Noise from the street is unavoidable, especially on the first floor, and the air conditioning system can be pretty loud, disrupting your peace during the night. To top it off, many rooms lack proper blackout shades, which can be a nuisance for light-sensitive sleepers.

The breakfast offered a great variety of muffins and fruits. the location is fantastic, just a short distance from Universal Orlando Resort. It's conveniently situated near various restaurants and the heart of Tempe, and the main buildings of the ASU Campus are only a 5-10 minute walk away, along with a nearby brewery.

The location near great food options like Subway and Hungry Howie's Pizza was a highlight, along with the excellent staff who were helpful throughout my stay. The big walk-in shower in my room was a luxurious touch that I appreciated. I experienced issues with the staff's handling of my reservation, which led to misunderstandings regarding charges, and the dim lighting in my room were good. A more accessible breakfast option would also be beneficial.
